We have been thought that early to bed, early to rise makes a man
healthy wealthy and wise. But do we actually obey it? Due to our
inappropriate food habits and lifestyle, we are not able to get a good
night’s sleep. Sleeping late in the night is not good for the health as
the body’s system gets perturbed. Adults require at least 6 hours of
